A3M has been exhibiting again at the yearly event of Cartes, Paris, the international fair of the card and card applications industry.
Unique opportunity for the company to meet its network of french and international resellers, the Cartes 2011 exhibition has been a real success and an opportunity for A3M to consolidate its position on the market.
For the 2011 edition, the focus was set on the software solutions developped by the company: Cardream3 for ID cards editing, printing and encoding, CardAccess3 for time attendance, CardControl3 for global access control, and CardProg3 for MIFARE Ⓡ cards reading and writing.
The A3M access control systems equip the most famous sites! Following the terrible fire that devastated the Notre-Dame cathedral in Paris on April 15, the security work for the reconstruction of the monument began this summer. The site managers chose the A3M access control solution with RFID badges. A secure access management solution that is easy to implement. The CardPass3 system is internationally recognized as the most advanced RFID access control.
It is a great pride for us to make our modest contribution to the reconstruction effort of this exceptional monument.
The newest version of the state-of-the-art card printing software incorporates new functions:
– Barcode size wizard. Don’t print barcodes that cannot be read! Create your barcode item and enter its data. Move it and adjust its size on the card. If you are applying too small a size and the barcode will be difficult to read, Cardream3 will show the message "Size!" in red on the barcode.
– Instant Photo feature. IPF is an utility that will allow you to print a series of cards, with the software asking you to take the photo for each card it is going to print. It also automatically takes care of cropping all photos at the same size and keeping the right proportions for your cards.
