Intelligent electronic keys cabinets for efficient and secure management of keys

Our key cabinets secure the management of all keys inside your company, as well as track how they are used, user by user and key by key, thanks to the patented RFID keyrings. One user may retrieve the key he is authorized to and no other key will be freed for him, only at the hour and day he has been attributed the privileges for.
Totally autonomous with their smoothly integrated touch screens or controlled through the Alkey software, KMS cabinets may be administrated locally or remotely through the Ethernet network.

Common characteristics of the cabinets

– Works based on the keyring identification system by RFID (patented system).
– The cabinet allows identified users to only retrieve the key(s) they are authorised to, even if the door is open. The rest of the keys remain blocked.
– The position of the keyrings in the cabinet can be left blocked or unblocked according to the administrator.
– Equipped with a connection to the Ethernet network, cabinets can connect to this network through RJ45.
– The integrated touch screen allows users to consult the list of keys they are authorised to retrieve and allows the administrator to set up parameters and gather data (key access rights, records, etc.).
– The door is equipped with a security system and a door contact, which allows the door to be closed and the cabinet to be under surveillance at a distant.
– The keyboard allows user to directly identify themselves with their security code or using their identification card.

Common characteristics of the cabinets

– The identification of the keyrings and users is carried out by a proximity reader or a biometric proximity reader.
– Transparent polycarbonate or steel door.
– Cabinets are delivered with a mechanical security key.
– Power supply: 220/240V, 50 Hz.
– Backup power supply: independent operation on battery of 12 hours.
– Alarm sounds when:
Return deadline has expired.
PIN code not valid (sound or visual alarm in the management PC)
Door opened by force or maintained open for too long
Power supply failure
Alerts can be transferred at a distance by a telephone transmitter
Alerts can be received by email or text message

– Door: all cabinets can be equipped with a transparent door made of polycarbonate or nontransparent metal (option free of charge!).
