Printed personalization and QR code on the wristband

The disposable wristband can be supplied in the form of a wristband personalized with your company, club or simply your event logo. A slogan can also be printed, as well as a barcode for visual recognition. This identification code can be a standard barcode or a two-dimensional QRcode that can be read on barcode scanners installed at the entrance, in the cafeteria or at each access zone and access control of rooms or attractions.

Electric personalization of the disposable RFID chip wristband

The disposable RFID wristband incorporates an NFC chip in radio frequency technology which allows it to be read on standard RFID readers in frequency 13.56Mhz. Its antenna allows a few centimeters short distance communication. The access control system will be able to read the unique identifier of the RFID chip and thus recognize the user, authorize him, for example, to enter through the turnstile if he has paid for his ticket.

The NFC technology used on disposable RFID wristbands is ideal for contactless ticketing and payment applications in a cashless system. These systems are increasingly used in leisure centers, holiday centers, campsites and water parks.
Events like concerts, festivals, sports competitions see the cashless event wristband as a useful identifier but also as a differentiating marketing element.

The available RFID chips are the most common of the NFC systems: the MIFARE Ultralight ® or Ultralight C chip, the NTag213 chip, the MIFARE 1K ® chip or the MIFARE DESFire ® chip.

Manufacturing of the disposable wristband

The wristband is made of flexible PVC which guarantees a flattering appearance and significant resistance. Some models in fun colors are made of vinyl, a bit more fragile but offering the wristband an advantage in terms of presentation. A clip with final closure is added which allows the closure of the bracelet on the desired notch. On special request, we provide the plastic RFID wristband with a reusable clip which can be opened manually so that the next visitor can use the bracelet. Or so that its holder can remove it and put back his event bracelet: a way os using the wristband that is often encountered on long-term events.
