The CardPass3 access control briefcase incorporates a control electronics with fully autonomous access management intelligence.
It includes two RFID badge readers, one simulating the entry and the other the exit. When a clock in is authorized, the green LED of the RFID reader flashes. If the access is denied, the LED lights up in red.
Different sequences of colors and flashes (red, green or blue), indicate the system and clocking in status: user already entered, invalid badge, unauthorized schedule, etc.

The CardPass3 briefcase is a scalable solution that allows standalone access control without the need for a computer or an internet connection. Take the access briefcase wherever you go and pass the RFID badges supplied in the kit on one of the readers.
You will be able to configure the system, activate or deactivate badges in the system. If you need to retrieve the events, just connect the briefcase to the CardPass3 access control software.
The events will be automatically downloaded into the software and the user datas will be updated. Indeed, the electronic control of the access case keeps in memory all the events, positive or negative.

How LAN access control works

You can also take advantage of your mobile access control briefcase connected to your computer through an Ethernet cable. The CardPass3 software communicates with the electronics of the briefcase and shows the real time display of entries and exits. You will therefore have absolute control of staff access.
This online mode allows users to register or delete users from the access control system. You can also create time zones, access zones and assign them to your users.
The CardPass3 software also has extensive functionality in terms of time attendance or production control. It calculates the attendance user by user and for each selected period then allows its export in Excel format for control of subcontractors, payroll management etc...

We offer the CardPass3 mobile access control system as an option with a 4G connection. This 4G mobile connection makes it possible to interconnect the access control briefcase with a permanent access control solution.
You can therefore add an additional control zone to the global access system, only when necessary. The mobile access control will connect to the central database of the site hosted on the cloud and will become an integral part of your global access control. There is no limit to the number of mobile access briefcases. So if you need to set up several access zones or control points, simply place several interconnected CardPass3 briefcases. With its new access control briefcase, A3M is currently offering the simplest and quickest solution to implement for mobile and cable-free access control.
The overall cost of an access control installation is greatly reduced by this ease of commissioning. At the same time as the price is lowered, the security of your events and your work sites is increased.

The mobile access control makes it possible to carry out a control of the attendance that is really easy to implement. Place a CardPass3 access control briefcase at the entrance to the area for which the attendance is to be controlled. An optional counter displays at any time and in real time the number of people inside your controlled zone. If necessary, the system can be configured by software to refuse access if the maximum attendance is reached. The RFID badge reader corresponding to the entry will light up in red in this case indicating that access has been refused.

If you don’t have a power outlet to connect your standalone access control case, the integrated battery option will be ideal. It will allow you to control access really anywhere.
